Adding this template to a main-namespace article automatically generates the appropriate Company structured data. Editors do not need to add or configure schema fields.

Parameters

- Common or article name of the company. If left empty, the article title is used.
- legal_name
- Registered or legal name of the company when it differs from the normal article name.
- native_name
- Company name in its native language or writing system.
- trading_name
- Name under which the company trades when different from its legal name.
- other_name
- Another commonly used or widely recognized name.
- formerly
- Important former names of the company. Multiple names may be separated with semicolons.
- logo
- Logo filename without
File:...markup.
- logo_alt
- Alternative text describing the logo.
- caption
- Optional caption displayed beneath the logo.
- type
- Company type, such as public company, private company, state-owned company, or subsidiary.
- industry
- Main industry or industries in which the company operates.
- traded_as
- Stock exchange and ticker symbol for publicly traded companies.
- founded
- Founding date or year.
- founder
- Use when the company has one relevant founder.
- founders
- Use when the company has multiple founders. Do not use both
founderandfoundersfor the same information.
- fate
- What happened to a company that no longer operates, when relevant.
- headquarters
- Principal headquarters of the company.
- number_of_locations
- Number of offices, stores, branches, facilities, or other company locations when relevant.

- Date or year applicable to
number_of_locations.
- area_served
- Geographic area in which the company operates or provides services.
- key_people
- Notable senior people directly relevant to the company.
- products
- Main products produced or sold by the company.
- services
- Main services provided by the company.
- brands
- Important brands owned or operated by the company.
- divisions
- Important internal divisions of the company.
- employees
- Number of employees.
- employees_as_of
- Date or year applicable to the employee figure.
- revenue
- Reported company revenue.
- revenue_as_of
- Financial year or date applicable to the revenue figure.
- owner
- Owner when the company has an identifiable owner.
- parent
- Parent company or organization.
- subsidiaries
- Notable subsidiaries.
- predecessor
- Predecessor company or companies when relevant.
- successor
- Successor company or companies when relevant.
- website
- Official company website. This is always displayed as the final row of the infobox.
Changing figures such as locations, employees, and revenue should always include the applicable year or date.
Do not guess financial figures, employee counts, ownership, leadership, or other company information. Use reliable sources.
