This template stores correction and complaint reports submitted through WikiPartner's issue-reporting form.
Do not use this template for encyclopedia articles.
Parameters
- page — Page or article related to the report.
- issue_type — Type of problem being reported.
- description — Explanation of the issue.
- sources — Supporting sources or evidence, if available.
- status — Editorial review status.
Status values
- Pending review
- Under review
- Resolved
- Closed
